Where it all began
Back in the early 1980s, when low-quality paper flooded the market, one man decided to change the game. With limited tools but limitless determination, VIP began with a single cutting machine and a commitment to quality. What started as a local supplier for nearby schools slowly grew into a trusted name across India.
Today, VIP notebooks aren’t just products, they’re part of every classroom, every exam, every dream-in-progress.

Quality Stationery Always
Every notebook we make is more than just pages, it’s a space for stories, learning, and growth.At VIP, we believe good stationery connects deeply with its user. The feel of the page, the look of the cover, the way the pen glides, these small details create lasting impressions. That’s why we craft every product to inspire focus, confidence, and creativity in students across India.
Paper selection and sizing
Large rolls of paper are selected based on the desired size, thickness and brightness. The massive reels are unwound. A machine then cuts the paper into smaller sheets or rolls that match the final desired notebook size.
Ruling and folding
Sheets are fed into a ruling machine where lines, margins, grids, or designs are printed.Printed sheets pass through drying rollers then Large sheets are folded using a folding machine
Cover Preparation, Binding and finishing
Our creative team selects and crafts vibrant and student friendly design. Lamination is added for strength and finish. Then these notebooks goes through a binding process(Center Stitching,Perfect Binding or Spiral Wiro Binding). Finishing touches like cutting and corner rounding add strength and style.
Quality Check & Dispatch
Each notebook passes through a quality control process. Then these Individual notebooks or small bundles are wrapped in clear plastic film ( shrink packaging )to protect them from dirt and moisture during transport and storage.
